Playing In The Leaves

Lowynn LOVED the leaves, and as you can see, Oddessey HATED them. She has a pretty cute cry face, so I had to take a picture. =) I'm glad that my parents have nice big leafy trees, so that my kids can play in them! It brings back so many memories of my siblings and I playing in them. I just wish we had trees that had leaves, and not our big ugly pine trees! I sure do love this time of year!

Derrick's parents are helping us put a driveway together. I can't wait till it's all done! I'm getting sick of the mess, but it's gonna be so nice when it's all finished. If his parents weren't helping us, we'd still just have grass and mud. Thanks Jay and Teresa!

Our Halloween party was a lot of fun this year! The game that Derrick and I made up worked really well. I love this time of year, all the holidays and parties! I just hope that we'll be able to top off our party next year! Thanks to everyone who came! 

(We had a fog machine going during our game, and so that's why the pictures are a little hard to see. The fog took FoReVeR to clear out!)

Trick or Treating!

We went on saturday and on Sunday. Saturday the weather got so bad and Oddessey was SOOO ornery, that we just didn't want to deal with it any more. So we went home, and decided to finish on the real Halloween. It was so much fun, Lowynn would say trick or treat when they would answer the door. He's so cute, I can't believe how fast he's growing. We got a lot of candy for Oddessey, but she really can't eat it. So Derrick and I have been digging in to it. =) She looked so cute in her fairy costume, and Lowynn was a cute little Charlie Brown. Halloween is such a fun holiday!

Carving Pumpkins

Lowynn and I had a lot of fun carving them, poor Derrick was dealing with kidney stones! He was a trooper, and carved one. His was pretty cool, he of coarse free handed it, like always. Lowynn picked the ghost out of one of those books. So I just used a stencil. When Derrick was finished and he let Lowynn and I see, Lowynn was like, "It's Michael Jackson!" He's so darn cute, I just love him to death! Oddessey just played around, and watched us. It was a fun night to enjoy with my little family!
