Fireworks

Some of the fireworks.

Derrick and Lowynn, watching
the fireworks.
Oddessey and I, watching them, too.
He loved them.
Cheesing it!
More fireworks

The weekend of the celebration, they have fireworks. We are able to sit in our yard and watch them from there. I love my family and starting traditions with them. I really love keeping the traditions going from ever since I was little. It's so much fun!

Santaquin Days

Our little miss queen, Legend. =)
Lowynn and Maddyx, eating candy.
Oddessey got a hold of my pepsi
can. I had to take a picture.
Lowynn and Andy, waiting for the
parade to begin.
Oddessey and Abbie
This was so cute! Andy had him stand there,
and everyone around thought it was pretty cute.
She had a long day!
It was Santaquin Days on August 7. Every year they have a parade and a celebration at the park. It was a lot of fun to watch Lowynn at the parade. He had so much fun playing with the other kids and running to grab the candy. After the parade, we went to the park where the celebration was held. Derrick performed there, and when he performed it was so windy, his hat was blowing everywhere, but the wind added to the effect. It blew his shirt like how Michael Jackson's would. He did an awesome job, of coarse. It was a fun day!

Four Years Down!

Derrick and I have been married for 4 years! I love him so much, and can't imagine my life without him! He is a hard worker and provides for our family. He always makes sure everything is okay. He always lets me know how much he loves me, and I hope he knows how much I love him. He's an amazing father to our 2 amazing children. I am so grateful for my family! It's weird to think back 10 years and look at where I was. It's crazy that I'm all grown up and have a family of my own. I wouldn't want my life any other way! Four years down, and MANY MANY more to go!

Pioneer Day

My uncle Les put his sunglasses on her, so
I had to take a picture.
She fell asleep, and slept through the
fireworks.
These are wood burrowing wasps. They're
so sick! Derrick noticed them, and they
were all over my grandparents tree.

Derrick and Tara looking at the wasps. I was
telling them that they were standing really close
so....
Derrick did this, it was pretty funny. =)
All the kids lined up to watch fire works. Lowynn
wouldn't scoot in close, so that's why he's so far away.
Lowynn, Legend, Patience, Pheonix, Damien,
Maddyx, and Kanyon.
Little buddies!
He does this when I get the camera out.

He loved the fireworks!
We went to my grandma and grandpa's house. They just live 2 blocks away, and all of my mom's siblings all live in Santaquin. It's so much fun having family close! We had a bbq and then lit some fireworks after. Lowynn had so much fun playing with all the kids. It was fun to visit with family, I love the summer!

Having Fun On A Friday Night

Derrick and I, this turned out to be
the best one, even though my head is cut off.
Me, I had to take the picture, or
else there wouldn't be one of me.
Derrick and Lowynn
Oddessey =)

Derrick
Lowynn

We decided to sit outside, since Lowynn wanted to play out there. Derrick's been into playing his guitar lately, so he brought it out, too. Oddessey just jumped in her little jumper, she loves being outside. I, of coarse, took the pictures.

A Day Out

Nothing too big, my mom just took me out to lunch. She does this a lot, but I had my camera with so I took some pictures of my kids. Well, Lowynn wouldn't hold still, and Oddessey was too interested in everything around her so I couldn't get her to smile. I just wanted to share pictures of my children! =)

Roasting Hotdogs

Pheonix and Lowynn.
Batman (Pheonix), Batman (Damien),
Ironman (Maddyx), and Batman (Lowynn).
All the kids playing.
Grandma Teresa and Oddessey.
Karree, Gaven, and Oddessey.
Teresa, Oddessey, Jay, Annette,
Derrick, and Alex.
Les, Pheonix, Shelley, and Legend.
Everyone around the fire.
We didn't want to have a boring weekend, so we decided to have a little get together and roast some hotdogs and s'mores. It was a lot of fun. My little cousins came dressed in superhero costumes, so we put Lowynn's mask and cape on him. They were all so cute, Lowynn had a ton of fun. It was pretty hot outside, and the fire made it worse, but once it got dark it was perfect for a fire. It was a last minute thing and it all worked out. It was nice to sit and visit and enjoy being outside!
